Louis Stabile

A native of Sant’Arsenio, Italy, Dr. Stabile moved to the United States in 1970. He earned his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society in 1992. He completed his internship and residency at Brown University Rhode Island Hospital as well as his fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma where he was a clinical instructor in Orthopedics. He completed an additional year of training as an Orthopedic Trauma Fellow/Superchief.

Dr. Stabile’s sub-specialty interests include General Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Adult Reconstruction, particularly the Anterior approach for Total Hip Replacement, and Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy.

Dr. Stabile is Board-Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, a member of the American Medical Association, a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Diplomate on the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME).
