Jackson T. Crough, DPM is a fellowship-trained podiatric surgeon at the Institute of Clinical Orthopedics and Neurosciences. Dr. Crough joined the ICON team in January 2017 following a fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction.

Dr. Crough has expertise in performing advanced elective surgery including forefoot surgery, rearfoot surgery and total ankle replacement. He also has extensive training and experience in advanced limb salvage techniques including application of multiplane external fixators, skin grafts, skin flaps and muscle flaps. Additionally, he treats a variety of general podiatric concerns including bunion correction, treatment of calluses, pinched nerves, toenail fungus, ingrown toenails, and heel pain among other conditions.

Dr. Crough earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at the Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery where he was awarded a merit scholarship. He served his surgical residency at SSM De Paul Health Center in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Crough also conducted a year fellowship in foot and ankle reconstruction with Charles M. Zelen, DPM at the Foot & Ankle Association of Southwest Virginia in Roanoke, Virginia which is a surgical fellowship recognized by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He also served a one-month fellowship in Germany to train with four renowned foot and ankle orthopedic surgeons.

Dr. Crough is an associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
