As a board-certified neurosurgeon, Dr. Alastra specializes in neuro-endovascular and vascular neurosurgery with particular expertise in the treatment of ruptured and un-ruptured brain aneurysms. He also maintains a very active general spine neurosurgery practice with particular specialization in minimally-invasive spinal surgery (MISS) and the surgical treatment of pain.
